DETROIT – The General Motors Foundation is making a quality preschool education possible for 256 children in Detroit’s most challenged neighborhoods through a $500,000 grant in support of the Education Achievement Authority (EAA) of Michigan.

DETROIT – The General Motors Foundation is pledging $500,000 to Habitat for Humanity to help victims of the recent tornadoes in five Texas counties. The funds will be used to help restore neighborhoods devastated by Wednesday’s storms.
Seoul – GM Korea today announced that Chevrolet’s all-new small SUV, the Trax, has been named the Safest Car of the Year by Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT).
